Step Up! for Peace

Step Up! is a network of youth and emerging young adults taking action to eliminate violence, advance justice, and build peace. In joining Step Up!, you are making a three year commitment to active peacemaking.  In turn, On Earth Peace is making a commitment to accompany you as you LEARN, LEAD, and BUILD as a peacemaker.

LEARN the ways of active nonviolence

As part of Step Up!, you will have opportunities through email and training events to study nonviolence and conflict transformation in order to develop practical peacebuilding skills.  You will also be supported in practices that will strengthen your spirit as you follow this call.

LEAD efforts to advance justice, build peace, and eliminate violence

As a part of Step Up!, you are committed to doing something about the pain and violence in the world around you.  On Earth Peace will offer specific opportunities for action, and coach you as you put your training and passion to work to change and heal the world.

BUILD the movement

Peacebuilding takes a lot of committed people like yourself.  As part of Step Up!, you bring a network of friends who share your values.  Invite them to Step Up with you!    Movements also need financial resources.  Step Up! participants support the network with an annual donation of $15 or more.

Plus, each participant in Step Up! receives a pair of peace socks from Maggie's Organics!
