Training for District D & R Committees/Shalom Teams
8 - 30 hours (CEU credit will vary according to hours)
Audience: Shalom Team/D & R Committee members
The Ministry of Reconciliation is committed to equipping district teams to assist congregations experiencing conflict. This unique training is tailored to the needs of individual committees/teams.
Topics covered may include:
- understanding the dynamics of congregational conflict
- Bowen Family Systems Theory
- basic to advanced intervention skills
- team building
- strategic planning
Cost: $300-500/day according to on-site hours plus leadership travel expenses.
